Fitness 1st

Okay its been awhile since i last blogged here, really sorry for the wait, was quite busy. Anyway the good news is that i graduated from Taylor's University College. it has been a wonderful experience there for the pass two years, and now i am currently bk in Ipoh.

Well for a start, i am back into body toning and fitness again, been controlling my diet and i have shed quite a number of fats. my target is of course to shed down to less than 15 % body fat. that will be awesome.

Today i will be hitting the gym at about 4:30 ish. i wont be lifting any weights today as i need to rest my muscles, or in jimmy chow's words, muskel. hahahah.
Anway instead i will be doing cardio exercise, just to get rid of the KFC i stored that day, haha.will keep you updated on the next training=]
